Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Surrey County Cricket Club merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return any unworn or unused items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Fill out the returns slip included in your original package, indicating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit and remain in a resalable condition.

• 3.
  Send to the Official Shop

  Affix the returns label and send your package to the Surrey CCC Official Shop at The Kia Oval via a tracked postal service.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange item within 7-10 working days.
